1. WHAT IS A YEARLY CONTROL SERVICE?
An annual, or yearly, control service offers an
extension of your warranty from year to year.
2. WHAT IS UNDER WARRANTY?
Any structural repair work, including fumigation,
which was recommended on your original inspection
report. Structural repair work is guaranteed for
one year and fumigation is certified for two years
from the date initially performed. However, any
new infestation is not covered under your warranty.

house treatment with Orange Oil
is warranted.
3. WHAT IS INVOLVED IN A CONTROL SERVICE?
Once your original inspection and work is completed,
we will return to your property at or near the
end of your one year warranty to conduct a comprehensive
inspection. Any new infestation we discover will
be treated during that time. Additionally, we
will make you aware of any dryrot, plumbing and/or
roof leaks, or any other adverse condition(s)
that may cause a problem in the future. Preventative
maintenance may save you thousands of dollars
and help you avoid wasting your valuable time.
4. HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
Since control services vary from single-family
residences to multi-family dwellings, we cannot
quote information through the website. Please
